Goals for this Week – July 5, 2016

Two weeks ago when I wrote down my goals for the week I felt good at the end of the week when I was able to check off everything on list. This week I will attempt it again and see how it goes. At the end of the day if I don’t achieve everything on the list I’m still ahead than not doing anything at all.

This week is a short week due to Independence Day Holiday, so I’ll adjust accordingly.

  1. New wake up time – 5:30 am all weekdays left (T-F).
  2. Walk/Run in the morning for at least one hour every weekday.
  3. Walk/Run in the evening for at least one hour twice during the week and twice during the weekend.
  4. Upgrade bike to something better

I’m doing this at midnight and need to get to bed to get up early tomorrow 🙂 I will probably come back to it and make small additions later in the week.
